Terms and Conditions
Terms for using Synectra Health.
These Terms and Conditions describe the rules for accessing and using Synectra Health web and mobile experiences.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Accepting these terms
By accessing Synectra, you agree to use the service only as allowed by your clinic, organization, account role, and applicable law. If you are using Synectra on behalf of a clinic or organization, your access may also be governed by that organization's contract, policies, and business associate or service agreements.
Responsible use
- Use Synectra only for authorized clinic, provider, care-team, or patient access.
- Keep login credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
- Enter only information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and appropriate for the care workflow.
- Do not attempt to access another organization, patient, or care-team workspace unless you have been granted access.
- Do not use Synectra for emergencies. Emergency or urgent medical needs should be handled through emergency services or the clinic's established clinical process.
Clinic and provider responsibilities
- Clinics are responsible for deciding which users may access their workspace and patient records.
- Clinics and authorized providers remain responsible for clinical judgment, care decisions, and patient communication requirements.
- Clinics should maintain their own patient consent, medical-record, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and retention policies.
The Synectra mobile app
- The patient mobile app is available by invitation from a patient's clinic and is governed by these terms and by the app store terms of the platform it was downloaded from.
- Patients are responsible for keeping their device, account password, and screen-lock PIN confidential, and for signing out on shared devices.
- The app requires an active internet connection for health-related actions and is a care-coordination tool, not a source of medical advice or a substitute for a patient's care team.
- Like the rest of Synectra, the app must not be used for emergencies.
Privacy and security
Users must follow all applicable privacy, security, and clinic policies. Synectra's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Updates to these terms
Synectra may update these Terms and Conditions as the product, security requirements, or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
